| You will need your MAC Key from
your current Service Provider for authorisation. Home
Users see our migration offers. |

| The migration process: |
|
| 1. |
Place
your order for ADSL with TOUCHCOMMS. |
| 2. |
You
need to provide TOUCHCOMMS with your MAC Key and
TOUCHCOMMS will then place a migration request
to BT. |
| 3. |
BT
will contact your current Service Provider and
request the migration to TOUCHCOMMS |
| 4. |
If
successful your service will then switch to TOUCHCOMMS |
| 5. |
You
will need to update your connection to use the
TOUCHCOMMS settings |
